Dear family and friends,

I am once again raising funds for CP in honor of my dear friend, Mary Jo Treml, who passed away from cancer 3 years ago.  Mary Jo gave generously of her time and treasure to the annual CP Telethon as it was an important part of giving back to the community.  Please join me in supporting the 71st annual telethon and keep the tradition going.

Your support will directly help children and adults with disabilities work on skills and meet their goals for independence that support being active in the community!  All funds raised stay right here in northeast Wisconsin.
